RISK OF LOSS

All purchases from JUICENATION CO are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will provide you the data needed to help your loss to shipment agency.

 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

JUICENATION CO respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please follow our Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

 
RETURNS/EXCHANGE AND TITLE

JUICENATION CO does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, the only one returns program we have now is to exchange your items to the exact same items. In this situation, JUICENATION CO does not take title to the returned item. Thus, we only provide returns/exchange that match to our Returns and Refund Terms and Conditions. Your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with it, and we apologize if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

We firmly believe that we can cooperate with our customers to make every purchase a remarkable experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

Important thing to note is that we will not entertain any returns/exchange at any distribution channel and offline store, unless directly to us (manufacture – warehouse).

You need to inform our online team first before you return your items back to us through communication channel provided:

Important:
  • Orders can not be cancelled once it is being processed. No cancellation will be entertained.
  • Customers can only return damaged/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 7 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
  • NO REFUND. WE WILL DO EXCHANGE ONLY. Exchange process will take within 7 days max.
  • NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE on issue for example on situations: change of mind or just don't like the item or wrong pick on website.
  • All SALE and promotional-priced items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
  • In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNOPENED, UNSHRINKED with all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
  • The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid other damages. This include the boxes, packaging, hologram and excise tape.
  • Shipping charges for exchanging product are to be borne by the sender.
  • JUICENATION CO will not be responsible on missing parcel/lateness/return back due to third party delivery partner. However, we will help to support you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
 
Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your request must fulfill these requirements:

  1. Item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. If the reason to return your item is because it is broken; we limited the terms of “broken” to a circumstance where the liquid leaked out from the bottle while the JUICENATION Hologram and Excise Tape are remain on its packaging.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if I received a damaged?

First, we apologize for the damaged products. We surely firm that we pack our products as secure as mentioned in our packaging procedures.

  2. Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 7 days after receiving.
  3. NO REFUND. ONLY EXCHANGE.
  4. Customer can request for an exchange with the same items (same volume, flavor, nicotine, freebase/Saltnic items).
  5. Customer needs to send a picture and video of the damaged Upon receiving the evidence, inspection will be made.
  6. Shipping charges for exchanging product are to be borne by the sender.
 
Lateness in Returning Items
  • All shipping charges will be borne by customer if it is returned to us for more than 7 days after receiving it.
  • Under the rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within the stipulated time, a valid reason must be provided.
 
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will send you any information related to our investigation to the item ASAP after we received it. Once your item approved to be exchanged, shipping charge from our website to your place is to be borne to us.

If a product offered is totally not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
